  • 1-5 year term

    No prepayment penalty.

  • Borrower/Collateral

    Loans are made for business purposes only. In most cases personal guarantees are required. Collateral must be real estate or other fixed assets.

  • Loan Limits

    Loan amounts can be up to 60% of the QSV of most real estate collateral, and up to 75% for income producing properties. If the loan is used for construction or renovation, the loan can be funded in stages as needed up to 60% of the improved value.

  • Interest Rates

    Depending upon collateral, rates start at 12%. Rates for international transactions may be higher.
